Yes, to place an order you first have to create an account. You can also create it while you are checking out of your order.
Our payments are protected and we accept credit cards through our partner Stripe. You can also use your paypal account or wire us money with a bank transfer.
We aim to establish trusting relationships with our clients. For this reason, we include inside your package, a certificate where you can find a code tied to your product and a complete description of the item (the perle or stones found in the jewel, the weight in carats, the origin of the materials, etc…)

We carrie out our orders worldwide, mostly in Europe, in North America, Australia and many other countries in Asia and the Middle East. You can find additional information in out terms and conditions related to the shippings here.
Our jewels are strictly italian, manufactured in the hands of expert craftsmen from Toscany.

We ship our orders in 24-48 hours.
Once you have carried out your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive it, you can contact us through our email and we will assist you : contact us.

Once you receive your package
You received your package but there is something wrong? Doubts about returns and exchanges? Read everything below!
If, for any reason, you would like to return your order, you can choose to change it for another product or return it for a complete refund. The products can be returned in the first 14 days from the delivery date.
Please notice that the items should be returned through a traceable package. The tracking number can be shared with us through our email, so that we can monitore and follow the package until we receive it.
The delivery fees are on you. But, if you decide to exchange the product, we offer a free delivery for your order.
The returned items should never be worn, in perfect conditions, in their original package and with its authenticity certificate.
